Assigning Product Type

The first step to managing scratcher tickets is to assign the Scratcher product type to each UPC.

To assign the product type, Navigate to Products and click on Pricebook and select Product Catalog

The search window will open. Select lottery department and click OK

The product listing of lottery items will display

Select the items by checking the boxes

Then, click the action button at the top of the page and select Batch Edit Attributes link

The Product Editing window will open.
Click in the Product Type field and select Scratcher from the dropdown menu. Click OK to update

Click the Refresh button at the top of the page and the window will update with Product Type Scratcher

**Note: Be sure to update the Product Type field on any new scratcher tickets you enter in S2K.


Assigning Supplier Type to Lottery Vendor

The final step in setup is assigning the Lottery supplier type to your lottery vendor


Open the vendor record and select Lottery Supplier in the Type field. Be sure to save when finished
