When missing data and/or can't send price changes, please do the following to check your site connectivity:


Mini PC Check:


1. Check for lights on the mini PC indicating that it is powered on.


2. Check for any loose cables on the mini PC.


3. Reboot the mini PC by disconnecting the power for a few seconds then plug it back in. (Especially if there was an internet or power outage recently.)


4. If any changes were made to the internet or POS equipment, contact S2k support as soon as possible.
